Techno-legal and engineering consultants for the power sector
Electricity No Problem represents electricity consumers and power producers before electricity regulators, and engineers the substations, lines and solar plants behind them.
Two practices, one team
Most power disputes are engineering problems with a legal edge. ENP handles both, so nothing is lost between the plant and the hearing.
Techno-Legal Petitions and disputes
Regulation decides what a consumer or power producer pays and earns. ENP prepares and argues the petitions, backed by engineers who understand the plant and the meter behind each dispute.

Engineering Design and supervision
From feasibility to commissioning, ENP acts for the owner on solar plants, substations, lines and distribution networks, and manages the contractors who build them.

- Substation and Industrial DesignSubstations, industrial systems, power factor and voltage
Describe it in a few lines. Mr. Ajay Porwal’s team will tell you how ENP can help.
Regulatory orders
ENP has acted in many matters before APTEL, CERC, MPERC, MERC, DERC, CSERC and the Electricity Ombudsman. Each page sets out the petition, the subject and what the forum directed.

Led by Mr. Ajay Porwal
Founder and Principal Consultant
Mr. Ajay Porwal began his career in 1977 on a thermal power plant at Grasim Industries, Nagda, worked on EHV transformers and switchgear at Crompton Greaves, and built 220/132/33/11 kV substations as a director of Luminaires and Switchgears. He founded Electricity No Problem in 2002 to bring that engineering into the regulatory room.
